EARLY WOODEN BASSDRUM PEDAL This one looks like a handmade pedal, not a production model, but who knows? 1900-1920s? My guess it's one of the attempts to create an apparatus to play the bassdrum with the foot, for double drumming, as it was called back in the days when the drumset was still on the drawing table. Oak, metal and chewing gum. The adjustable cymbal clanger is a clever device.
