1954 Slingerland - Radio King Ensemble

This set is from 1954 and was called the Slingerland Gene Krupa DeLuxe Radio King Ensemble.

Sizes are BD14 x 24, TT 9 x 13, FT 16 x 16 and SD 5.5 x 14inch.

White Marine Pearl with a little fade, and very little scratches.
The shells are 3ply, mahogany/ poplar/mahogany, and maple reinforcement hoops, the snaredrum is one-ply maple Radio King with the '3-point' strainer. This set has chrome hardware. This option was more expensive than the more common seen nickel hardware. Chrome is in really nice condition.

This is a near mint collectors grade drum set in the classic color White Marine Pearl. All drums have their original Slingerland Radio King Calfskin heads.
